Learners from across the year groups explored an inspiring range of career pathways at our annual Careers Fayre.

The event brought together an impressive mix of employers, colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers, and industry professionals, all eager to share their expertise and spark ambition in our young people. From hands-on demonstrations to inspiring conversations, learners had the chance to discover new possibilities and learn about the many routes available to them after their time at Woodlands.

Throughout the day, learners were able to:

• Learn about apprenticeships, further education, and university options
• Explore roles in engineering, health, public services, creative industries, technology, business, and more
• Gain practical advice on skills, qualifications, and pathways
• Ask questions about real career journeys and workplace experiences

By connecting learners with real world employers and a diverse set of opportunities, we aim to empower them to make informed, motivated decisions about their future.
